Thanks a range of technical upgrades the model can now be used in cold climates.
The outdoor hood of the new model is equipped with a heating element and a thermostat to prevent freezing at sub-zero outdoor temperatures up to -30ºC.
The unit is also provided with built-in automatic louvres to prevent reverse air flow which may result in unwanted cold drafts.
Similar to other models in the series (more details here) the new model features a state-of-the-art control system. You can use the Blauberg Vento V2 app installed on your smartphone or tablet to select an optimum operation mode, change the fan speed or set up automatic humidity control.
If your home is equipped with several VENTO Expert W V.2 units, they can be combined into a single network over Wi-Fi for synchronous operation and centralised control.
The smart new models can also be seamlessly integrated into an automatic Building Management System.
